Falling asleep faster and sleeping through the night

When you go to bed at night you only want one thing: to fall asleep. But no matter what you do and how hard you try, you just cannot seem to fall asleep. Too many, mostly irrelevant thoughts run through your head, and the time until your alarm goes off slips away with every passing thought. This leaves you tired and in a bad mood when you finally have to get up in the morning.

Tatsächlich. Wenn ich mich in mein Bett lege bin ich schneller im Land der Träume als vor meiner Hypnose. Ich kann Frau Arzt wärmstens empfehlen. Mein Ziel ist es die Zeit noch zu verkürzen zum einschlafen, deshalb frische ich nächste Woche auf.
