To quit smoking is often easier said than done. Many people find it extremely difficult to shake the bad habit. The temptation to reach for a cigarette is sometimes just too big: after dinner, when having a coffee, during a night out with friends. This is how an indulgence turns into a terrible dependence, one that many people try to quit for years but never seem to be able to do. The seemingly harmless little cigarette manages to seduce even the most resolute quitter time and and time again.

There should be an easy method to quit smoking, one that is able to give you a lasting result. Nicotine patches and other replacements, such as the new trend of liquid-filled e-cigarettes, are not the best solution because the body continues to be supplied with the harmful nicotine.
