Hypnoji Training With Music - Learn Self-Hypnosis

Please make sure that you are sitting or lying in a secure place and that there are no objects near you that could injure you. Put things like glass bottles or glasses out of reach. Your eyes should not feel uncomfortable when focusing. If this is the case, darken your screen.

  • You can imagine a beach while you’re looking into the Hypnoji’s eyes?
  • You can easily imagine the sound of the ocean waves while you're focusing the Hypnoji?
  • The feeling in your mouth changes when you now imagine biting into a lemon?
  • Your two forearms should be in a comfortable position. Focus on the eyes of the Hypnoji again and imagine your two arms becoming heavier. Do this for 3 minutes. Do they feel heavy?
  • If your arms feel heavy, then let go of the heaviness. Imagine a piece of robe attached to your wrist at the end of which a giant balloon is tied. Feel how the balloon is pulling your arm upwards with increased force. Practice this exercise until your arm starts to feel lighter and begins to lift upwards.

You will find this self-hypnosis becomes easier with each passing day. The more often you train your self-hypnosis skills, the easier it will be for you to use it.


Self-hypnosis to prepare for your hypnosis

We aspire to have our hypnotees go into a deep trance state (somnambulism). To achieve the goals of your hypnocoaching, a trance does not need to enter a deep state, but the effect of the hypnosis will be stronger if you are somnambulistic. Different brain waves can be measured when in a somnambulistic trance than if in a light trance. The door to your subconscious will open even wider.

With hypnosis you can not only change your behavior and get rid of negative thoughts, feelings and habits but also boost your performance, such as when exercising or learning. Hypnosis also strengthens your well-being. Healing processes are verifiably accelerated. Pain can be switched off within seconds, which is why it's already possible to do without general anesthesia and operate under hypnosis.

Hypnosis: Beginners welcome!

You have no experience with hypnosis? When you have an appointment with us for hypnosis, we will train your ability for self-hypnosis and also set a trigger. This means that after your hypnosis appointment you will be able to go faster and deeper into self-hypnosis. It is not required that self-hypnosis works perfectly before your hypnosis appointment. Please do not put yourself under any pressure.

Why self-hypnosis with your eyes open?

With our Hypnoji, you can train your ability to go into hypnosis. This self-hypnosis while keeping your eyes open is more demanding than self-hypnosis with closed eyes. If you've never been hypnotized before, it may take some time to get used to it. If at first, you are not familiar with the so-called eye-fixation self-hypnosis induction, you may close your eyes and practice with your eyes closed for the time being. As soon as you can do the exercises with closed eyes, you can start your self-hypnosis training with your eyes open.

We advocate training with your eyes open because we have found after years of experience that almost all our hypnotees can easily go into self-hypnosis after training with the Hypnoji, no matter whether eyes were left open or closed. If you practice with closed eyes, however, then self-hypnosis with open eyes can prove to be a challenge.

Self-hypnosis for a relaxed mind

When training with our Hypnoji, you can acquire the ability to perform self-hypnosis. The Hypnoji training is worth it – whether you have an appointment for a hypnosis session with us or not.

Self-hypnosis does not only relax your body but your mind especially. It helps dissolve negative thoughts and feel calmer inside. You can use self-hypnosis whenever you want to relax and wind down: before falling asleep, when stressed, during breaks, etc.

The more often you practice self-hypnosis, the easier it will be to use it in your daily life. Every time you train with the Hypnoji, you will find that you can go into self-hypnosis more quickly and easier. You will gain the ability to train your mind to let go – as if at the push of a button. You will be able to achieve deeper trance states when you have an hypnosis appointment. Many of our hypnotees view the ability to self-hypnosis as a valuable skillset.
