I tried out the session for quitting smoking, which was my first ever attempt at hypnosis. Becoming a non-smoker despite decades of smoking and many attempts to quit roused my curiosity.
Later we treated my stage fright. My appearances were much better. Today I go to a hypnosis session every now and then to work on myself, both professionally and privately, or even to not forget names (my weakness). It works well for me. Whether this is the case with every person, I do not know.
Brain tuning, self-optimization without side effects. I am glad that it works for me and has given me self-confidence.
I needed sugar at night to be able to fall asleep, otherwise I’d lie awake. I wanted to get rid of that, it annoyed me. It was like an addiction. I had no problems during the day. At night I always thought about something sweet to fall asleep. Sugar. I could only calm down and go to sleep after a rush of sugar from chocolate. Actually, anything sweet gave me this sugar high. Since the third hypnosis, I no longer think about the refrigerator and the chocolate drawer. I am free of these thoughts when I lie down in bed.
I was helped in reaching my goals faster and to be more positive throughout the day. In particular, I have learned to be less stressed. I have been more optimistic about many things since the hypnosis. I am no longer a bundle of nerves. I now look ahead.
Those who are dissatisfied often know all too well that there are days when everything gets on your nerves. Then friends dragged me to hypnosis.
What I have learned through this, I do not want to publish, it was meant for me. Apart from that I don’t think I could even put it into words what I experienced. It doesn’t even matter. My subconscious inspired me and showed me what will make me feel happy from the heart in the future.
Today I am more satisfied than ever. Before, I would never have believed to learn so much about myself. It is indescribable and shaped me!
